Event Description:
Join Bespoke Physical Therapy, BODY20, and Perspire Sauna Studio for an evening focused on recovery, relaxation, and performance. Guests will have the opportunity to experience complimentary recovery services from all three partners during this event.
What will be offered:
- Bespoke Physical Therapy:
- Pneumatic compression boot recovery
- Cupping recovery
- Opportunity to connect with a physical therapist and learn more about recovery strategies
- BODY20:
- Restore Arm demonstrations
- Complimentary recovery sessions
- Opportunity to connect with BODY20 coaches to learn about the benefits of e-stim with building strength
- Perspire Sauna Studio:
- Complimentary sauna sessions
- Opportunity to connect with representatives from Perspire to learn about benefits of sauna and contrast therapy
