We accept insurance
We accept Medicare nationwide as an in-network provider. In Washington State, we are also in-network with Cigna, Regence, and select Kaiser plans. We work with workers’ compensation, auto accident, and no-fault insurance carriers.
Bespoke claims service
Bespoke will verify your benefits, analyze the details and forecast the amount that your insurance policy will cover. By assuming assignment of benefits, the Bespoke billing specialists will manage the entire claims process and create a Bespoke out of pocket cost structure that is guaranteed and will ensure that your personalized treatment is not cost prohibitive.
