Dr. Cameron Yuen
Director of Rehabilitation
Cameron Yuen is a physical therapist, strength coach, and the Director of Rehabilitation at Bespoke Physical Therapy. His clinical work sits at the intersection of orthopedic rehabilitation, strength and conditioning, and long-term performance development.
Cameron works with active adults, athletes, runners, strength trainees, post-operative patients, and individuals navigating persistent pain or recurring injuries. His treatment approach is built around identifying the specific limitations that are holding someone back, restoring their unique capacity, and then reintegrating them into higher-level movement, training, and sport.
Before moving deeper into clinical leadership, Cameron developed his foundation through strength and conditioning, muscle physiology research, and years of one-on-one orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. This background shapes the way he evaluates patients: not just by looking at pain, but by examining strength, mobility, control, tolerance, readiness, and the demands of the person’s real life.
Cameron believes rehabilitation should not end at a return to baseline. For many patients, the goal is not simply to reduce pain or return to basic function, but to build enough physical capacity to feel confident, durable, and prepared for the activities they care about most. His sessions blend manual therapy, targeted exercise, strength training, movement retraining, education, and objective testing when appropriate.
As a clinician and leader, Cameron is especially interested in bridging the gap between traditional physical therapy and performance training. He helps patients understand where they are, what needs to change, and how each phase of care connects to the next step in their recovery or training process.
Outside of the clinic, Cameron is a trusted resource for leading publications and companies including Nike, Men’s Health, WebMD, and Bodybuilding.com. He contributes expert insight on injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance, and training, helping translate complex concepts into practical, actionable guidance for a broader audience.
