Dr. Dani Gross is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who earned her doctorate from Texas State University after completing her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a specialization in Disability Movement Studies at The University of Texas at Austin. She has clinical experience treating orthopedic, sports medicine, pediatric, and neurological populations, allowing her to provide individualized, evidence-based care for patients across all stages of life.
Growing up between coastal San Diego and Vancouver, Canada, Dr. Dani developed a lifelong appreciation for movement and the outdoors. Whether hiking, skiing, biking, or practicing yoga and Pilates, she believes staying active is essential to both physical and mental well-being. Her passion is helping patients return to the activities that bring them joy—whether that’s competing in sports, exploring the outdoors, or simply moving through daily life without pain.
Dr. Dani takes a holistic, patient-centered approach to rehabilitation, combining the latest research with individualized treatment plans to restore function, reduce pain, and build long-term resilience. She is committed to empowering her patients through education, movement, and strength so they can confidently achieve their goals and maintain an active lifestyle.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Dani enjoys exploring Seattle’s hiking trails, trying new restaurants, and spending time outdoors with family and friends.
