Eisha Joshi PT, MS is a dedicated physical therapist specializing in orthopedic rehabilitation, recreational sports injuries, and women’s health, with training in Level 1 Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy. She is passionate about helping individuals of all ages return to the activities they love through evidence-based, personalized care.

Eisha earned her Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from India and began graduate studies in Cognitive and Movement Rehabilitation Science at the University of Texas at Austin, where she also served as a teaching assistant. She later earned her Master’s degree in Kinesiology and Exercise Physiology from Dallas Baptist University, further advancing her expertise in rehabilitation and movement science.

Her clinical interests include treating orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, sports-related injuries in recreational athletes, postoperative rehabilitation, and women’s pelvic health. She enjoys working with active individuals, young adults, and older adults, helping them improve movement, reduce pain, restore function, and confidently return to their daily activities and fitness goals.

Eisha’s passion for physical therapy began during her teenage years after witnessing her father recover from a patellar fracture through dedicated rehabilitation. That experience inspired her to pursue a career focused on empowering others through movement and compassionate care. She believes that every patient has a unique story and that successful rehabilitation begins with understanding the individual—not just the diagnosis. Her treatment philosophy combines evidence-based practice with a holistic, patient-centered approach, creating customized treatment plans that address each person’s goals, lifestyle, and overall well-being.

Outside the clinic, Eisha enjoys exploring local cafés in search of the perfect dessert, dancing to Bollywood music, spending time at the beach, and staying active through Barre and gym workouts. She values meaningful connections and loves spending quality time with family and friends.
