Dr. Ellie Postma earned a Bachelor of Science in Sport and Exercise Science from Seattle University and a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Eastern Washington University. She has experience working in orthopedics, neuro, and endurance sports with a variety of patients ranging from pediatric to older adults.
As a former collegiate cross country and track athlete, Ellie is passionate about movement and exercise. She strives to help individuals achieve their goals, whether that be running a marathon or getting back to daily activities without pain. Ellie takes a holistic approach to care, combining manual techniques with exercise prescription to help empower her patients to take on their lifestyle demands. She prioritizes a collaborative approach unique to each individual to help her patients feel strong, motivated, and confident to return to the activities they love.
Outside of work, she enjoys running, hiking in the PNW, playing pickleball, reading a good mystery novel, and trying new food.
