Dr. Kyle Sanchez PT, DPT, CSCS, TPI is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 1 Certified Provider. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from SUNY Cortland, where he was a member of the NCLL Men’s Lacrosse Team, before returning home to Long Island to complete his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University. During his time at Stony Brook, he was inducted into the local Alpha Eta Honor Society in recognition of his academic excellence, leadership, and clinical distinction.

Kyle discovered his passion for physical therapy through his love of health, fitness, and athletics. He works with individuals of all ages and activity levels, helping them recover from injury, reduce pain, move better, and return to the activities they love. His clinical focus is in orthopedics and sports rehabilitation, with a particular interest in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and performance in order to optimize long-term performance through an individualized, evidence-based approach.

Throughout his career, Kyle has worked with athletes across a wide range of sports and competitive levels, including professionals from MLS and MLB, Division I football and lacrosse programs, track and field athletes, boxing, MMA, and fitness athletes. As a lifelong athlete himself, he understands the physical and mental demands of training and competition and is committed to helping his patients perform at their highest level.

Outside of the clinic, Kyle can be found playing a round of golf in the summer, snowboarding in the winter, and exploring everything the New York City food scene has to offer on weekends.
