Dr. Michaela Abueg earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Washington and her Bachelors in Exercise Science from Seattle Pacific University. She treats a broad range of orthopedic and neurological conditions and is passionate about helping people move with confidence, strength, and purpose.

As an athlete herself, Michaela specializes in working with barbell and functional fitness athletes, particularly those training in Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and high-intensity conditioning. She combines clinical expertise with personal training experience to help athletes of all types and everyday movers of any age to refine technique, boost performance, and stay resilient in both sport and life. Outside the clinic, Michaela enjoys CrossFit and Olympic lifting, board games, funny dog videos, and getting lost in a good high-fantasy novel.
