Dr. Monika Pathak, PT, DPT, earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University and completed a postdoctoral orthopedic residency, providing advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal conditions. Licensed in New York, she specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, including sports injuries as well as pre- and post-operative care.

Monika is passionate about helping active individuals move with confidence, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. Her treatment approach combines evidence-based exercise prescription, hands-on manual therapy, and patient education to create individualized plans tailored to each person’s goals and lifestyle.

With a strong emphasis on injury prevention and long-term health, Monika takes a biopsychosocial approach to care, addressing not only physical impairments but also the factors that influence recovery and performance. By identifying the root cause of an injury and its contributing factors, she empowers patients to build resilience, overcome fear of movement, and achieve lasting results.

Outside the clinic, Monika enjoys strength training, running, hiking, exploring new restaurants, traveling, and art.
