Natalie Wong, PT, DPT is a licensed physical therapist at Bespoke Physical Therapy in Encinitas. Originally a Sacramento native, she moved to San Diego to complete her undergraduate degree at San Diego State University and went on to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at the University of St. Augustine in San Marcos, CA.
Natalie’s PT journey began on the treatment table following a number of knee injuries from competitive tennis, where she discovered the importance of functional movement and finding a physical therapist who invests time in getting to know you beyond your physical injury. Her approach pairs manual techniques with personalized exercises that mirror real-life and sport-specific movement. Her goal is to help patients not only feel better, but move better, building strength and mobility that carries over into daily life and the activities they care about most. Natalie has also completed the Gray Institute’s Chain Reaction seminar, a course in Applied Functional Science that reinforces this whole-body, movement-first perspective.
After relocating to San Diego, Natalie found a passion for surfing, rock climbing, and hiking, pursuits that deepened her appreciation for functional movement and injury prevention. Outside the clinic, you’ll likely find her surfing Tamarack or chasing down whatever new food spot San Diego has cooked up.
