Dr. Phillip Higgins, PT, DPT, SCS, is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, a board-certified Sports Clinical Specialist, and the Director of Physical Therapy at Bespoke Physical Therapy – Seattle. Overseeing two outpatient sports medicine clinics, Phillip manages a dedicated team of licensed therapists and is actively developing an on-site sports residency program in collaboration with the University of Washington and Seattle University. With over a decade of clinical expertise, he focuses on the treatment of complex acute and chronic orthopedic injuries, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sport-specific performance programming for athletes competing at all levels.

Phillip is a Titleist Performance Institute (TPI) Level 3 Medical Professional, allowing him to diagnose and rehabilitate golfers of all abilities through a deep understanding of golf swing biomechanics. Beyond his clinical practice, he has served as the Assistant Coach and Director of Health and Athletic Performance for the University of Washington Men’s Ice Hockey Team (ACHA) since 2016, where he oversees on-ice triage, concussion protocols, return-to-play programs, and defensive game strategies.

Throughout his career, Phillip has provided top-tier care to a diverse roster of premier athletes and organizations. He began his career at High Private Sports Physical Therapy clinic in New York City before joining the University of Washington Sports Medicine Center at Husky Stadium in 2014. He has also served as a physical therapist for Driveline Baseball and Seattle Reign FC. Across his clinical and on-site work, Phillip has rehabilitated elite collegiate athletes, Olympic hopefuls, and professional players from the NBA, NFL, NHL, MLB, MLS, and NWSL. Outside of the clinic, Phillip stays active by playing golf, hockey, snowboarding, and exploring the PNW with his wife and two dogs.
