Bespoke Physical Therapy First Hill

Dr. Timothy Gray, PT, DPT, earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Washington. Tim worked as a chemical engineer in the automotive and aerospace industries for ten years before discovering his true calling in physical therapy. He draws heavily on his engineering background to provide thoughtful, evidence-based, and highly individualized care.

Tim treats a wide variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions, ranging from post-operative rehabilitation and sports-related injuries to Parkinson’s disease and balance disorders. While he enjoys working with individuals of all ages and activity levels, he has a particular passion for helping older adults maintain their mobility, independence, and quality of life. His mission is to promote healthy aging across the lifespan while empowering every patient to achieve their personal goals.

Utilizing a biomechanical, movement-based approach, Tim helps reduce pain, improve function, and guide individuals back to the activities that matter most to them—whether that means competing in sports, keeping up with family, exploring the outdoors, or simply moving with greater confidence. He strives to create an environment that is compassionate, engaging, and empowering, making rehabilitation both effective and enjoyable.

Outside of physical therapy, Tim enjoys road cycling, weightlifting, running, cooking, and exploring the Pacific Northwest.
