This program is designed specifically for the healing mother, with a focus on the diaphragm, core, and pelvic floor. 

  • This 4 part program, starting from day 0 of birth to 6  weeks postpartum.

  • Please note: Weeks 2-6 are composed of 3 different workouts, that you can perform every other day or when your schedule allows. Please prioritize rest and recovery when you need it. It is important to listen to your body and monitor any pelvic floor and core symptoms.
