Whether you’re a runner starting your next race training plan or are just looking to improve your strength, endurance or efficiency, this strength series is here to help! The Run Stronger Strength Training Series is a 6 week program designed to safely and progressively increase your mobility, strength, mechanics and speed! With a class size of 6 participants, this small group setting will allow you to have close expert guidance by our Doctor of Physical Therapy.Each class will be 55 minutes led by Dr. Winnie Yu, a Bespoke Physical Therapist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist.

Week 2: Feb 3, 2025 @7:30am - Developing your Base: Lower Body Strength
Week 3: Feb 10, 2025 @7:30am - Strength Development

Week 5: Feb 24, 2025 @7:30am - Speed & Power Development
Week 6: March 3, 2025 @7:30am - Piecing It All Together
