A Bespoke licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy will guide you through a series of three objective tests to understand kinematics, muscle force, and joint motion to identify any asymmetries or abnormalities that could contribute to injury or reduced performance.

Patients will leave with a personalized plan of care and an exercise prescription protocol.

All sessions are 60 minutes and one on one with your Doctor of Physical Therapy.

Physical Therapy Session

Your Doctor of Physical Therapy will assess any changes in the preliminary findings, and utilize a variety of techniques such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercise to continue progressing towards your full movement potential. You will be sent home with an updated plan of care and home exercise program. Each session is 60 minutes and 1 on 1 with your Physical Therapists. Sessions can be either in person or virtual.

Manual Therapy

Manual therapy in physical therapy involves hands-on techniques to treat musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, aiming to reduce pain and improve mobility. Key techniques include Soft Tissue Mobilization (STM), Myofascial Release (MFR), Percussive Therapy, and Joint Mobilizations. These techniques are essential for recovery, reducing pain, managing chronic conditions, and enhancing overall quality of life.

Performance Training

Your Doctor of Physical Therapy will assess any changes in the preliminary findings, and utilize a customized program for your performance training. Your program can consist of different types of strength and mobility training in order to optimize your performance. Each session is 60 minutes and 1 on 1 with your Physical Therapists. Sessions can be either in person or virtual.

VO2Max Testing

A VO2 max test is an exercise ramp sequence that measures maximal uptake of oxygen during intense exercise. This test is used to quantify training zones for aerobic exercise and prescribes programming based on individual patient goals.

Running Analysis

This non-invasive assessment aids in diagnosing conditions, preventing injuries, and designing personalized treatment plans. Recovery Room Session

Designed to provide optimal rejuvenation and relaxation, featuring state-of-the-art equipment to aid in post-workout recovery and overall wellness. The room is equipped with advanced compression boots, red light therapy, and muscle stimulation helping to alleviate soreness, improve blood flow, and improve muscle recovery.
