Join Bespoke Physical Therapy for a 5K Turkey Trot before the holiday season begins! Hit the streets with us for an evening of fresh air, good energy, and a fun way to connect with your community. We will have pace groups for every level (10 min/mile, 11 min/mile, 12min/mile, and a run/walk group) Everyone is welcome for a fun EASY run!
After the trot, refuel and relax with snacks, hydration, and good company. Bag drop will be available at Bespoke Times Square, so you can enjoy the run worry-free and enjoy the evening.
